JOIN A SCHEDULED OR INVITED WEB MEETING NOW
If you have already scheduled a web meeting, or were invited to one,
you should have a meeting ID that you were given via email invite or over
the phone. Enter that in the box to the right. The meeting will launch
from almost any computer, anywhere, and rarely do any organizational
firewalls or networks block the meeting.
If asked to download any Active X controls or accept certificates, or
install plugins, just click Yes or Always or Run.
After a minute or so you will be asked to enter your name and any email
address you use. The next thing you will then see is the screen of the
presenter, and usually he/she will send a chat message in the meeting
