| Announcing our commitment to creating a completely new model of how busy people can be compensated for their valuable time. While various pilots of third-party reimbursement around "telemedicine" are appearing, we have a much more global vision of virtual care as it applies to all participants in the care process, all contexts, populations, etc. The missing link, now that the technology is no longer the issue or major expense....is providing a pool of funds that acknowledges the value of the TIME that all participants in the virtual care process devote to these activities. We believe it is imperative that a non-profit community be created in order to approach different sponsors, foundations and philanthropic contributors who share the passion and mission of NowDox. The vast majority of any resources will be going directly to those who participate in collaborative virtual care. NowDox will become a non-profit organization over the next several months and is in the process of all the formation documentation required to do so.
