We encourage and help you setup GMail/Chat/Talk messaging tools to post one's availability to other clinical people who might need to reach you efficiently. We also encourage the use of services like Trillian that pull all notifications from all services into one view (shown below).There are other unified messaging tools deployed by large groups or organizations...such as Microsoft OCS..the specific tools used are less important than HOW one takes advantage of their capabilities to enhance virtual care. Experts within the NowDox community are familiar with most of these different messaging tools and can assist with their setup, support and maximizing their value to users.
